Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Ready Again.
2. Go to Settings › Delete all my data.
3. Confirm. Your data is deleted from the phone and from our database straight away.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@zepiralabs.com from any address and tell us roughly when you last used Ready Again. Because accounts are anonymous, we may ask you to reinstall the app and tell us the user ID shown in Settings. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What's deleted

Everything you created and your user ID. Crash reports aren't linked to you and expire on their own within 90 days. A purchase stays with your App Store or Google Play account, so you can restore it if you come back.
